Is this grammatically correct? I’m not an English grammar expert nor an English Professor. But, after wiping out the cobwebs and working out some screws in my head , something tells me this isn’t right, right?

We celebrated our 1st anniversary about a week later the actual date.

Looking forward onto our 2nd year.

For the past to 2 weeks, I have been searching the north, south, east and west sides of Cebu in search for 3 words.

Those 3 words or any variation of it would make my eyes spark. Even while riding a jeepney, a mere glimpse of a signboard with these words would send an instant reaction to my hand to reach for the cellphone and take the phone number just below those 3 words. In mere seconds, I was able to memorize a 7 or 11 digit number and save them into my cellphone. Sometimes, I could even make up the contact person.

We found several houses for rent, and went to look at some. We also called several phone numbers for inquiries. For the last 2 weeks, this has been my routine after work.

Despite searching all day in all directions and in far away places, we finally found the house that we like. And get this, it is only 500 meters away from our current house. It was right under our noses. Hehehe

We will be transferring next week. And hopefully, we will be able to stay at this place for a long time this time. We are tired of transferring to a new house every year. We are tired of carrying our stuff from one place to another. This time, if God so permits, we will stay for a very long time. (Haya-haya sa LandLord namo uy!)
